Services
Private Childbirth Education
I will come to your home and hold a Childbirth Education Class for you and your family. Children are welcome to attend! We would discuss prior to the class how in detail the class will be if children are present.
Classes are 2 hours long and cost $50
Lactation Education
I am available to come to the hospital or your home if you have questions or concerns about Breastfeeding your new baby. I can also help with feeding if you choose that Breastfeeding is not right for you and your family.
Lactation Services are billed by the session. Cost is $75 for 1.5-2 hours. Packages are available
Perinatal Nutrition Counseling
I will sit down with you and go over what Nutritional goals you should be reaching and help make a meal plan to reach your goal. I can also help you with meal prep if needed.
Nutrition Counseling is a 60 minute session and cost is $80. Packages are available
Birth Doula
As your Birth Doula, I will support you during your pregnancy. I can provide you with calming tools, multiple methods of pain relief tools, and laboring position education. I will be your advocate during the birthing process while encouraging you along the way. I can be support for your birth partner and family. We will go over a Birth plan if you choose to make one. I will support you at the hospital, home, or birth center depending on where you choose to deliver. As a Doula, please understand that I can not provide any medical care and always recommended that you have midwife or medical doctor present at your birth. If you choose not to have either present, I will still support you and will take the appropriate measures if a complication was to arise.
Birth Doula Package: 3 prenatal visits (in-person or virtual), 24 hrs on-call at 38 weeks, attendance at birth, and 1 postpartum visit. Cost is $1000
Postpartum Doula Services
As your Postpartum Doula, I will provide you support during the postpartum period of your pregnancy. I will come to your home for up to 8 hours a day if needed. As a Postpartum Doula, I can provide light house work, light shopping, newborn care so you can rest, meal prep and sibling care.
Postpartum Doula Services cost $35 an hour between 6am-6pm
Postpartum Doula Services cost $65 an hour between 6pm-6am
